We rounded off our summer term with a concert in July of Rachmaninov’s Vespers to a packed and appreciative audience at the Landmark Arts Centre. There we said a fond farewell to our Assistant Conductor Rebecca Taylor who has ably supported, coaxed and cajoled the choir for eleven years! Rebecca leaves us to take up her new post as Assistant Director of Music at Rugby School. We are sorry to see her go but wish her every success in her new role.
No summer term would be complete without the customary Summer Party! This took place at Twickenham Rowing Club on a sunny Sunday afternoon where we were entertained by the very professional Tiffinians, a close harmony group from Tiffin School who sang a selection of their ‘Certified Bangers’! They certainly were.
